Discord mobile showing wrong chat when switching servers

Sometimes instead of showing the last used text chat in the newly selected server it will show a whole different chat from a channel that is on a different server other than the one you selected.
For example:
Starting from a text channel in Server A and then switching to Server B will sometimes make discord display a channel from Server C even though Server B is selected.

I only noticed this to happen when switching from a bigger to a small server with only very few channels. In the attached link I uploaded a screen recording. I am switching from an Esports org to my personal private server but instead of showing a text channel in there it displays the announcements in the sea of thieves' community discord.
