Have option to turn off embed and links preview mobile online

Pretty self explanatory, there are some embeds/previews that contain a gif and most of the times it crashes the mobile if its not a top notch mobile.

Use case:

I want to see the embeds and link previews on the desktop app but not on the mobile, the current way to do it is to enable and disable every time i change device on the settings.
