PLEASE HELP ME, MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN HACKED BY A DISCORD EMPLOYEE IMPOSTOR

Hello everyone, today I'm writing this post to let everyone knows about something terrible just happened to my account.

Around a couple hours ago, one guy in the Discord friend list of mine told me that he had accidentally reported my account for scam fraud. He sent me a picture of discord notification saying that I should contact a Discord employee to lift the report, his name is David Tsai in the question. I contacted him, he said that I need to temporarily change my email into a different one so that he can check my account and provide my information such as my name, age, gender, email, and the last 4 digits of my number. I changed my email into the one that he asked for along with providing the said information, but then he told me to provide a transaction. I felt it kinda suspicious so I went to ask my friend, unfortunately, I acted a little bit too late as he has gotten his hands on my account now. I haven't provided any bank number or my real ID yet.

I've sent an appeal to Discord about this problem via this link:

Right now all I can do is wait for their answer. To those who are reading this, please be careful and not becoming another victim like me. 

If you ever see this man, DO NOT HESITATE AND BLOCK HIM IMMEDIATELY. You can report him if you want too. Be careful for anyone who sent you a message saying “I'm sorry that I've accidentally reported your account”, it was entirely my fault for being manipulated by their words. If anyone has suffered the same situation, please let me know. I don't want to lose this account because it means a lot to me.

So far I've only sent one ticket and this is their reply:
