Fix the trust and safety team
Contacting the trust and safety team is like talking to a wall. When I first received the email stating that my account is disabled because of something bad that I did (which, according to the 5 possible behaviors written in the email that led my account this way, are definitely not true and therefore they should be mistaken). I went to dis.gd/request and sent an appeal but I didn't get a reply for 5 days so I went to twitter and posted a tweet mentioning discord's twitter name (when a tweet mentions your twitter name, you should receive a notification of this specific tweet right? I don't even use Twitter and I don't know much about this platform because I just created this account to contact discord.) with an explanation of why they should give my discord account back. I, still to this day, never got a single reply from discord for that tweet (the tweet was posted in Dec 27th). After that I posted lots of tweets with discord's twitter name telling to fix the trust and safety team or telling them to do what they are suppose to do but I NEVER get responses from him. So then I went to his profile to see if he ever explained why the trust and safety never reply to the tickets they received and I found "we are not ignoring you, we are just experiencing increased volumes and we will try our best to respond all the emails we get". This is just some absurd excuse because why would a biased and ignorant team undisabled the accounts they just disabled. If those clowns don't want to give our accounts back, why can't they just say it sooner?? Those "increased volumes" are all their unsolved problems, not only the false bans, but also anything you can report relating to trust and safety in support.discord.com .The discord twitter just replies to unimportant tweets instead of serious complaints about the ridiculous T&S team and it's utterly irritating. But now that discord himself noticed the flase bans, all the users that got their account wrongly disabled before are ALREADY DELETED, he could have took the time to read and reply the complaints on twitter sooner but no, instead he just replies to stupid and meaningless tweets. Right now, I am STILL waiting a response from him to the tweet I posted days ago stating to tell his T&S team to do something about the falsely deleted accounts but knowing that I will probably get ignored again, I sent a request about hiring professionnal hackers to bring back the accounts that don't deserve to be deleted. discord does not have a choice, they MUST do something to unban these accounts. The person who replied to my ticket said that if I want this to happen I have to go to feedback and get people to vote up my suggestion. So please, for the people who want all the messages from deleted accounts to be gone, just not yet because think about the innocent users, we don't want our data to be gone forever. These data are still there so there is still hope. Toast is my alternate discord account and my main was deleted because of the damn ban wave. I'm sorry for my bad english I was in a hurry and didn't take time to check my grammar. Please upvote this suggestion so those and I who lost their main account would get it back.

I think that's just how they work. My account was stolen (still is) and after saying in the first ticket they can't do anything about my account because I broke the ToS, I was ignored even when I had a couple of other questions. 2 tickets - no response for 1 month.
And I see much more people have the same issue with the support. I posted here too, and one person had the same issue, and after that, I also posted on the official subreddit. And wouldn't you know, there were even more people with the same issue.

it's not fair at all, has discord always been like this? it's such a shame that a great platform has such a repulsive team. If they are not going to do anyhting then i'm going to ditch or even boycott the app at this point.

I've spent for using discord for the 5 year long time ago.
I've tried emailing it on discord support; it's was like taking 24 hours and then rejected my appeal and won't be reinstating my account. I know this is like crazy; it was like real human. Instead of using Clyde it was like vague reason without explaining or any quotes that reason.I was upset that I had lost a friend and server for everything.
I was created in 2016. I had the enjoyment of making new friends and playing with friends.
My discord is k_i_c_k#1010.I know Clyde bot is more annoying but there's is no real human support I had sending 4th appeal but they rejected by Clyde bot looks like they are won't listening at me.
Discord doesn't care about disabled accounts.

Completely true, Clyde answers me saying that my appeal was rejected and without answering my questions as the reason for the blocking. Then it updates the status of my query as "SOLVED" and when I reply again I never receive a response. Honestly, it seems very bad to me on the part of T&S and i think if you deactivate an account by mistake, at least read the appeals in order to help users.
CONCLUSION: DISCORD DOES NOT CARE ABOUT USERS WHO DO NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE NITRO SUBSCRIPTION AND T&S NEVER ANSWER APPEALS.

After 2 years: Same thing, lol. I asked them to unban my account, because my age is over 13 years. I even sent them a photo of the document confirming this, as they requested. However, they answered me with the reason for the ban. That is, despite the fact that I sent proof, that I am over 13 years old. And after that, when I sent them a few more requests, they stopped responding altogether, for 5 days already.
