My discord account got disabled for no reason

Ok, so yesterday I just came back from the school. It was a long day and I just wanted to relax and talk with my friends. I opened discord and saw the login menu. I wrote my mail and password and guess what... My account was disabled. I went to gmail and saw an email from discord. They said that I violated ToS because I "Cyberbullied" someone. I'm literally 13 years old and why would I do any of that. I'm not that type of person that bullies others. I love discord and want to stay with my friends. I sent them 5 emails and all of them were bots. I asked them for the evidence and they just said the same thing "You violated ToS". Only server I'm active in is a private server my friends and I made. That is even a study group. I could be in big problems because we study together and help each other. Today I forgot most of my homework because I wasn't able to ask them. I moderated that server. I'm really sad and just want to be with my friends. Discord, I would really appreciate if you could undisable my account, and your service is great. Thank you for your work! My disabled account name: LeCactusTP#2077

Having a same problem here.Tried to contact discord by e-mail several times, still got no positive reactions.It was probably a ban wave because most of my friends got banned for nothing too.
