Add reCaptcha or hCaptcha to the Welcome Screen feature

Servers have for a long time struggled with different ways to vet users, finding the balance between what is permissable for most users to bother doing, and what is too much. In this range we find Auttajas redirect to a website with reCAPTCHA, emote reaction vetting, and now discord welcome screen tickboxes.

Whilst there are some issues welcome screens should accomodate, like decimal numbers being possible for rules, or agreeing to follow the rules automatically assigning a set of roles, or sending a message when someone passes the welcome screen; the main reason for why the welcome screen was implemented in the first place should be further developed first.

reCAPTCHA has the added benefit of making it harder for people using VPNs to circumvent bans to join, as it block all known VPNs. This has enormous utility for servers seeking to protect themselves from raiders and people attempting to circumvent their ban. By adding a step that only a human can do, you do for a low cost add the best protection a server can ask for. It is way harder to attempt to automatically raid a server if a reCAPTCHA is implemented.

The expeience with bots like Auttaja or Server Captcha Bot is that users do not have a uniform method of gaining access, and quite a large amount of people do not easily understand how to pass the lobby.
By making this an implemented feature in Discord it would streamline the membership process, and make it much easier for users and servers alike to have good server security.

Someone suggested it should be optional. This could be toggled in the welcome screen settings like other things.

а я вот иза него немогу войти в свой окаунт в мобильнике поетому прошу убрать ету проверку она недает просто войти человеку прожимаю квадрат скидывает на заново и так всю дорогу
