My account was recently disabled around 2 days ago for "indicated you're under the age of 13"

So I was reported for being underaged when I am 13 about to turn 14 within the next month. I showed Discord all the necessary items to reactivate it through the “Submit a request” section of the support hub. It has now been around a day or 2 as I had taken to this immediately. I have gotten 0 response by them on if my account will be reactivated.

    So currently Discord Support is under a lot of pressure because lots of people got banned for the same exact reason, and they have high volume of tickets coming in. With their low employee count (210 employees in Support Department) they can't keep up with answering to tickets. They can take up to 14 days to respond. If they don't respond after 14 days, DM them on X (https://twitter.com/discord_support) about it.
    Keep in mind that your country are able to allow usage of Discord at different ages. For example in Poland, you have to be legally 16 to use Discord.

    DMing them on twitter does nothing. They just pat you on the back and hope you'll shut up for 2 more weeks.

    You're lucky to even get a response on Twitter. I've tried for a week now, giving reasonable breaks in between obviously, and I've heard zip.
