Ability to adjust number unread messages until the dot apears.

Slightly Similar to THIS, but you can have the ability to change the number of messages it takes for the red message ping to activate. This would allow users to decide if they really want to see every new message in a server or want to only get notified if there is actual converstation. 

I think it's a good idea and will help with managing multiple discord servers and letting moderators read multiple messages rather than hop between many individual ones.
