Messages not being sent. Only received. They got stuck for a minute or two.

Also here is a screenshot. https://ibb.co/ZYXxRzL I can see messages coming in real time, but I just can't send. My messages get stuck. For like a minute or two. Then half of them got sent, and the other half was stuck for some more time. Also there is no "connecting" sign at the top. The connection is fine. I can see messages coming in.
