Add a feature that allow us to set mentions on Inlinereplies To ON/OFF By Default

Inline Reply, I'm gonna be honest, i love this Feature, But there is a thing that I hate from this feature Mention/Ping are set to on by default, I think Adding "Auto Mentions" On "Settings -> App Settings -> Text & Images" is gonna be Good
