Account is both “temporarily limited” AND “permanently suspended”?
My account got disabled for “breaking TOS” which I would never intentionally do. I’ve submitted a few tickets (before realizing that it was not good to submit more than one), and the only response I’ve gotten is that my account is “temporarily disabled” and not to violate TOS further to prevent permanent suspension before marking my ticket as “solved” when it’s NOT.
When I log into discord it says I am permanently suspended despite Clyde saying I’m only “temporarily disabled”.
What do I have to do to talk to a real human being on the support team to actually appeal my case? Discord says this system is designed to let users explain their case, but I haven’t had a chance to do so with Clyde jumping in and marking my tickets as “solved”.

Unfortunately, with general questions they will just say something like “it looks like you’re trying to appeal an action taken against you account by the trust and safety team, to better assist you please resubmit under appeals ” so on and so forth… I asked them to do something unrelated to my appeal and they sent me that response. I wish everyone here luck in getting their accounts back. I’m going to just wait and see if they actually look at my previous tickets.

I mean Nelly told me they'll be escalating my ticket to the appropriate team, not sure if this is gonna bring back my account but it's one way for them to look at my appeals

I got an response saying that they couldn't help and that whatever T&S says goes (which is temporary, in my case)

Does that mean support isn't going to help us with appeals at all?

I genuinely don't know. I was told that whatever T&S is more or less final and that this team.doesn't have the means of dealing with it. Fortunately, all but one or two replies from T&S said that it was temporary, so hopefully that I might get it back around Christmas or January

Yeah, the least that they could do is give an message that says the duration of your ban instead of.just using an boilerplate.

On my violations it says they'll last for 2 years

2 YEARS?! Also I se why my account is disabled, and it says this, but I didn’t join servers way too fast, and I claim that is all bs, why is discor moderation this bad? My friend said it takes 2 days till my account gets back, so I’ll check if my account gets back tomorrow, if not, then I’m doomed and lost my account, cause of some bs

Pretty sure that someone falsely reported you. I've seen hacked accounts shilling their servers all the time on my old account and it took months for them to get banned when I never reported them, in the first place

I was mainly talking about Joseph but since Discord is adamant on how each report is manually verified when they have millions of users...

Well, idk why would they report me, first someone got into my account, and then this? Why is discord making my account such a risk? (This happened yesterday) guess I’ll wait n see if tomorrow I’ll get my account back, like my friend said

I think that limit for.joining servers on the web version, is like, 5 an day. But I never tested that I out because it kept forcing me to solve an puzzle or something for each one that I joined.

Also if my friend is right and my account returns back tomorrow, then the server thing I’ve got must be a bug. (Context: my account got disabled yesterday when I tried to join a server, hence why Discord send me this bs)

Cause my friend had this issue before, so I might be having faith in him, and hope he’s right. If not, then my situation is worse than his.

Maaaaaaaaaaan, I am so frustrated right now, I just want my acccount back, so I can not lose all my memories, plus, I created two other accounts, and those got disabled, even tho I never used these before, and now, I don’t know what to do

Me too, Discord support is so frustrating that it makes me wanna quit their platform entirely
