Add standalone SMS 2FA in place of Authy/Google Auth

As of right now, Discord forces moderators of partnered servers to install Authy or Google Auth for 2FA, despite the fact that SMS is available to users who have verified via these apps already.

Please add a standalone SMS option as a "primary" 2FA for those who lack either 2FA app.
