RTC Connecting (after Windows 10.0.18363 + Firefox 76.0.1 update)
I got this RTC Connection problem after updating to latest Windows 10 version + newest Firefox update. I only use Discord through firefox browser. Everything else (steam voice chat, other voice chat apps in browser etc) works fine! RTC Connecting it says all the time!
I must also say that Discord have had a lot of problems lately (last year and so). There is almost always something happening when we use Discord, either bad connection or we drop out in 2-3 minutes etc. We are all using fiber connections 200-500Mbit with very low latency and good ping, so I guess the problems lies with the Discord servers.

I have the same problem since yesterday. I'm on the same version of Firefox, however I don't know when the auto-update happened, so I can't say if it used to work on the same version before. I didn't update Windows in the recent days.
I tried restarting the router as suggested in Discord's help pages. Voice connects normally in Chrome and in Android app on same router's WiFi.

Have had the same problem since a day ago too. Only when using discord through firefox, but can connect fine if I use chrome or the desktop app. Also have restarted my modem and pc, but to no avail sadly. My pc must have also auto updated either windows or firefox which I guess broke discord.

Same problem. As per https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001310031-Voice-Connection-Errors here is a screenshot of the console:
I dont have a webcam so that explains the videotransceiver part. Also webRTC:
I don't have any other browser installed to test or desktop app. This is a really annoying problem!

a friend of mine is having this issue right now also on firefox, tested my end since i have firefox installed also, i get the same thing. for those who don't have other browser's, i tested a couple other's on end since i have a few browser's installed. it works fine on "chrome" and "opera" browsers, "edge" browser it shows "browser not supported" when trying to unmute or undefin. the downloadable discord app works fine, works fine on mobile apps to. this just started the day or 2 before this post went up. kept telling my friend to either just download the app or use chrome lol. but wont for what ever reason's.
guess... when you wanna be stubborn lol.
EDIT:
Just tried a few things to see if it'd work. nothing did so far. went through and found an add-on for firefox called "WebRTC Control" and tested every setting with no fix and even ran firefox as admin to see if that'd work with the RTC add-on, but none of those worked. also, side note, my friend wasn't updated on firefox and neither was my firefox when this started, and i don't think he's most updated on windows, could be wrong on the windows part. had him check for an update to firefox to see if it'd work, it didn't.0 -
One day discord voice calls just stopped working on firefox 75 (Linux Mint 19.3).
Console shows this lines:
Edit: as for micro and camera -- everything is fine:

I'm also having this problem.
It was working fine, then Firefox restarted to update 76.0.1, and then it wouldn't work anymore. Tried restarting my PC, still nothing.
Desktop and Chrome still work fine. This is def a Firefox issue.

Hi everyone,
I'm really sorry for the inconvenience!
We have just patched the issue and it is currently available on the PTB (https://ptb.discord.com). It should make its way to stable over the coming day.
Cheers,
Clément
