Normalize the volume in a channel

Hi discord

Not everyone's volume is equal, and most of the time someone sounds like yelling while others sound like whispering. Isn't there a way to equalize the volumes of these users? I'm not a technical person but I believe it would definitely enhance the discord experience because it is kinda frustrating to increase/decrease peoples volumes.
