(Pages for Sections) new way of management sections - with an example.
hello, Discord community!
nice to meet you all, I hope you're all doing great today!
my idea here is to have a new way to manage the area of the sections because all my sections like the Logs section, General section, and support section, are getting a lot of space for the members and the moderates of the server.
my server is looking very unorganized ):
so I got an idea to create pages for some sort of subject.
like when someone needs to get support he should go to page Support with some sorts of sections that help him and help the moderates to organize the situation.
and for the logs page will contain some sort of section like a general logs section, media section, and so on.
sorry for the bad explanation but I hope the images will give you an idea about what I'm trying to say.

It's actually seems a good idea but they need to work on it more and more and I suggest to release the HOME channel to all servers too, It will add a new behavior and a new experience.

Why make discord more complicated? Users join discord because it’s simple just enter a voice channel or go to a chat room and chat it’s easier to use unlike TeamSpeak.. 🤷
Im stating facts.. too much unnecessary buttons and sections in discord already

in my opinion, there is no need for pages.
You can organize your server without pages idea. Moreover, discord has the feature that puts the rooms under certain category and organize your categories in the way you like.
And thanks, of pervious feature, you can reach the room you want in one second by scrolling up and down so the category is enough for manage your server and organize it.
If we’re taking about your management idea, it will be more complicated if the server has more pages so you must join each page to see the rooms out there and the members and we know that the speed is very important. especially, for the moderation part.
However, without this idea you can see all part of your sever in on second, members, and reach whatever the room you want.

Unless you want categories in your sections, you can already hide them.
Your idea would work as an alternative to the heavily discussed Nested categories.

Great thought! However, the need to organize discussions or topics of similar degree has already been recognized by Discord. Take a look at the forum channel beta feature in which mods could essentially create what you're suggesting (if I understood you correctly) by making a log forum channel, then creating multiple threads with tags for individual log types.
Now we just need Discord and bot devs to develop functionality for AutoMod and external bot mods to post into threads as well as channels. ;32
