Like how do people do this kind of stuff?

Like is it some kind of a mod, or is it some sort of a version of discord?

  User Settings > Game Activity > Add it! button > Select some things > And then change the name (in the green area at the top)
  
  (Works only on desktop)

   

  
  
  But you can still use the super custom discord status https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/articles/360035407531-Custom-Status
