Nitro payment

I got a discounted nitro payment today and I want to cancel the payment, meaning I want the money back. The payment was made to me for a nitro month and I didn't want it. I want the money then.

    DISCORD NITRO REFUND POLICY

    We are unable to provide a refund for a gift purchase once the gift has been claimed by another user. (Yes, you can give gifts to yourself! Treat Yourself Day can be every day!)

    However, for unclaimed Nitro/Nitro Classic gifts, you will have 5 days from the initial purchase date. 

    Additionally, if a game gift is unclaimed, the game gift can be refunded if you purchased it within the last 14 days. (For gifts, playtime isn't taken into account, because a user will need to claim a gift first in order to play the game.)

     

    if you bought discord nitro before 5 days then yes, you can ask for refund! please include evidence that you bought nitro before 5 days!
