Our Nitro and Server Boost Refund Policy
Generally, we do not provide refunds for purchases. However, as a one time exception we are able to process a refund for purchases made on desktop, web, and Android as long as the request is made within 5 days from your initial purchase date.
Note: We are unable to provide any refunds for purchases made with Paysafecards.
iOS App Store Subscriptions
If you purchased Discord Nitro on your iOS device, such as an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, you will need to request a refund for Nitro subscriptions purchased on iOS via the App Store.
Our Gift Refund Policy
We are unable to provide a refund for a gift purchase once the gift has been claimed by either you or another user. (Yes, you can give gifts to yourself! Treat Yourself Day can be every day!)
However, for unclaimed Nitro gifts on desktop/web/Android, you will have 5 days from the initial purchase date to initiate a refund with our Billing team.
For iOS gift purchases, you’ll need to contact Apple directly.
Our Premium App Subscription Policy
If you would like to request a refund for a Premium App Subscription purchase you’ve made, you must reach out to our Support Team within 5 days of your initial purchase of the subscription at dis.gd/billing.
Important Note: This is a one-time refund, meaning if you’ve previously purchased a Premium App Subscription for an app in any server and received a refund for it, then you will not be eligible for a refund to a Premium App Subscription for that app again.
In addition, if an app you’ve purchased a Premium App Subscription for is removed from the applicable server by us or the developer or if you are banned from the applicable server or generally from Discord, you may also request a pro-rated refund for the remainder of the subscription within 5 days of such event.
Make sure to pick “Premium Apps” from the Type of billing issue dropdown menu to navigate to the refund request form. We will review requests and determine your eligibility for a refund on a case-by-case basis.
