Our Nitro and Server Boost Refund Policy
We're able to process a refund for your Nitro and Server Boost subscription as long as the request is made within 5 days from your initial purchase date.
Note: Refunds for Nitro and Server Boosts are a one-time exception.
iOS App Store Subscriptions
If you purchased Discord Nitro on your iOS device, such as an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, you will need to request a refund for Nitro subscriptions purchased on iOS via the App Store.
Our Gift Refund Policy
We are unable to provide a refund for a gift purchase once the gift has been claimed by yourself or another user. (Yes, you can give gifts to yourself! Treat Yourself Day can be every day!)
However, for unclaimed Nitro/Nitro Classic gifts, you will have 5 days from the initial purchase date.
Additionally, if a game gift is unclaimed, the game gift can be refunded if you purchased it within the last 14 days. (For gifts, playtime isn't taken into account, because a user will need to claim a gift first in order to play the game.)
Our Sticker Refund Policy
We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for sticker purchases except where required by law.
Our Game Refund Policy
Our game refund process is as easy as one, two, three! Actually just one, two... there is no three! Your game just needs to be...
- Purchased in the last 14 days
- Have less than two hours of total play time
So long as it meets these criteria we will be able to provide a refund.
But what about DLC and IAPs....?
We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for purchases for downloadable content (DLC) and in-app purchases (IAP) within any game.
