Please note that all refund requests submitted under this Policy are reviewed by Discord on a case-by-case basis and eligibility is determined at our sole discretion.

Important Note: Refunds for purchases described in this Refund Policy are one-time refunds only, unless we explicitly state otherwise in this Policy. This means that you are only eligible for one refund under each purchase category.
For example, if you have previously received a refund for any Nitro subscription, you will not be eligible for any other Nitro subscription refund in the future.
Refunds by Payment Type
iOS App Store Purchases
For any purchases you made on Discord using your iOS device, such as an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, you will need to request a refund for those purchases via the iOS App Store. More information on iOS App Store refunds is available here.
We are unable to provide any refunds for purchases made with Paysafecards.
Nitro and Server Boosts
If you would like to request a refund for any Nitro or Server Boost purchase you’ve made, you must reach out to our Support Team and provide all requested information associated with your purchase within 5 days of your initial purchase at dis.gd/billing. Our Support Team will review your request and notify you of the outcome of your request.
If you purchased any profile cosmetics within 5 days of your Nitro subscription renewing or becoming a new Nitro subscriber, you will not be eligible for a Nitro subscription refund.
If you purchased any profile cosmetics like avatar decorations or profile effects within 5 days of your Nitro membership renewing or becoming a new Nitro subscriber, you will not be eligible for a Nitro membership refund.
If you have redeemed or received any promotional items from Discord or from a Discord partner promotion (ex. Free Xbox Game Pass) within 5 days of your Nitro membership renewing or becoming a new Nitro subscriber, you will not be eligible for a Nitro membership refund.
If the Nitro gift you purchased was self-claimed (claimed on the same account you purchased the gift from), you can request a refund. The refund counts towards the one-time refund for Nitro purchases and follows the same refund policy.
We are unable to provide a refund for a Nitro gift purchase once the gift has been claimed by another user.
However, for unclaimed Nitro gifts purchased on Discord on desktop/web/Android, you will have 5 days from the initial purchase date to request a refund with our Support Team.
DLC, Profile Cosmetics and In-App Purchases
We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for purchases of downloadable content (DLC), profile cosmetics like avatar decorations and profile effects, and in-app purchases (IAP) within any Activity, including any gift purchases of these items.
Purchases from Users and Developers
With some Discord features, we allow you to purchase server subscriptions, premium apps, and other offerings from other users and developers on Discord. While these users and developers are responsible for these offerings, we may offer refunds in our sole discretion in the situations outlined below.
Server Subscription Refunds
If you would like to request a refund for a Server Subscription purchase you’ve made, you must reach out to our Support Team within 5 days of your initial purchase at dis.gd/billing.
For any refund requests or issues not covered by the above, please contact the creator or admin of the applicable server. If you are unable to address your issue directly with the creator or server admin, you can reach out to our Support Team.
Server Shop Purchase Refunds
We are unable to provide refunds for items purchased from a Server Shop. If your Server Shop purchase is defective or you’re experiencing problems with the purchase, please contact us at dis.gd/billing.
Premium App Subscription Refunds
If you would like to request a refund for a Premium App Subscription purchase you’ve made, you must reach out to our Support Team within 5 days of your initial purchase of the subscription at dis.gd/billing.
In addition, if an app you’ve purchased a Premium App Subscription for is removed from the applicable server by us or the developer, you may also request a pro-rated refund for the remainder of the subscription within 5 days of such event.
For any refund requests or issues not covered by the above, please contact the developer of the applicable app.
How to Submit a Refund Request
To submit a refund request, or for any questions related to billing, please fill out the request form using the email address associated with your Discord account here. When submitting a refund request, be sure to select the product category that you’re requesting a refund for. For example, if you are requesting a refund for a Premium App Subscription, select “Premium Apps” from the Type of Billing Issue dropdown menu.
Also, please ensure that you provide all of the requested information relevant to the purchase you’re seeking a refund for. Failure to provide this information within the refund eligibility period may result in a denial of your request.
