If you previously disabled Discord's access to your mic in Chrome, you'll need to enable the permissions in your Google Chrome settings in order to use it once again.
Follow these steps below to allow Discord access to your mic in the Chrome browser.
Step 1: Head into your Chrome Settings
Select the ellipsis [] on the browser toolbar and choose Settings.
Then press on the Privacy and security section in the left-hand panel, and then select Site Settings.
Step 2: Remove an Existing Exception or Permission
Choose the Microphone option and find Discord in the Customized behaviors section under Not allowed to use your microphone.
To the right of Discord, press the trashcan [] to remove the block in access.
Step 3: Join Voice and Press Allow to Enable Access
In the Discord browser client in Chrome, join a voice channel and press select an Allow option when prompted by Chrome.
And that’s it! You should be all set to join in on the fun!
