What is the Nitro SteelSeries Discount?

As a Nitro subscriber, you’ll get one new discount code per retailer available each month that you’re subscribed to Nitro:

15% off purchases at the SteelSeries store (minimum $20 purchase required, limit 3 items)
20% off purchases at KontrolFreek

Important: To receive your code, you must use the desktop app. Nitro Basic, Nitro Classic are not eligible.

How it Works

The following details apply to this promotional offer:

Minimum purchase requirements: You must make a minimum subtotal purchase of $20 to use your discount at SteelSeries. There is no minimum purchase requirement for KontrolFreek.
Code details and restrictions: Discount codes are valid on most items in each store, including all sale items, with no blackout dates. Please note that the SteelSeries code cannot be applied to the Arctis Nova Elite, Blemished Boxes, and is limited to 3 items per order.
Immediate availability: Codes become available to eligible users as soon as you subscribe to Nitro and must be claimed in your Nitro Home.
Fresh codes monthly: Each calendar month, you can claim a new discount code as long as your Nitro subscription remains active.
Code expiration: The code expiration dates can be found in the app. Codes will always expire on that date, no matter when they were granted.
No code stacking: Only one code can be used per transaction.

Note: If you cancel your Nitro subscription, you can still use any previously claimed discount codes until they expire, but you won't receive new codes until you resubscribe.

With an active Discord Nitro subscription
If you’re located in a region that SteelSeries ships to (see SteelSeries regions for details)

You are not eligible if:

You’re using a Nitro gift, or using Nitro Credits without a Nitro subscription.
You are a Nitro Classic or Nitro Basic subscriber.

Note: For new Nitro members, once you unlock a discount code, you will not be eligible for a refund on your Nitro subscription. See our Refund Policy for more details.

How to Access Your SteelSeries Discount

1. On desktop or browser. select the Direct Messages icon [] in the upper-left corner.

2. Press the Nitro tab to navigate to the Nitro page.

3. Locate and select the SteelSeries x KontrolFreek Discounts card under the What’s New? section.

4. Press Take me there to open the Available Offers window and see your available discounts.

5. Select Unlock Code for your preferred discount to reveal your code—you can copy it immediately or return to view it later.

Using Your Discount Code

After claiming your discount code, here's how to use it on the SteelSeries or KontrolFreek website:

Visit the SteelSeries store or KontrolFreek website
Add items to your cart (minimum $20 purchase required on SteelSeries.com)
Proceed to checkout
Enter your discount code in the promo code field
Complete your purchase with the discount applied

Q: What happens to my discount code if I cancel my Nitro subscription?

A: Any codes you've already claimed will remain valid until their expiration date, but you won't receive new codes unless you resubscribe to Nitro.

Q: Where can I find the expiration date for my discount code?

A: The expiration date for each discount will appear on the discount card once you press Unlock Code in the Available Offers window.

Q: Are there any restrictions on the products I can purchase with the discount?

A: The SteelSeries code cannot be used to purchase the Arctis Nova Elite or Blemished Boxes. Otherwise, the discounts apply to everything else on SteelSeries and KontrolFreek online stores. This includes sale items and there are no blackout periods.

Q: Is there a limit to how many times I can use my discount code?
