Effective Date: September 18, 2026
This Events API License (the “EAPI Terms”) governs the Partner’s (“you”, “your”, “Partner”, whether acting directly or through third parties on Partner's behalf, for whom Partner is fully responsible) use of the Events API. The EAPI Terms supplement the Discord Developer Terms of Service (the “Developer Terms”), the Advertising Business Services Terms (the “Business Terms”), the Attribution and Measurement Terms (the “Attribution Terms”); and any applicable terms or conditions in an Insertion Order(s) (each, an “IO”) between the parties (collectively with the Developer Terms, the Business Terms, the Attribution Terms, and any other applicable Discord terms and policies, the “Terms”). Capitalized terms used but not defined in these EAPI Terms have the meanings given in the applicable Terms. In the event of a conflict between these EAPI Terms and any of the Terms, the EAPI Terms will control solely with respect to the subject matter of such conflict. The EAPI Terms apply to Partner Data from the point at which Partner first transmits such data to Discord via EAPI. For the avoidance of doubt, the Developer Terms govern Partner’s access to and use of EAPI as an API, and these EAPI Terms, Business Terms and Attribution Terms govern the advertising and data-related aspects of Partner’s use of EAPI. To the extent Partner transmits data to Discord via EAPI that would otherwise be governed by the Business Terms, any other terms, or any IO, these Terms shall control with respect to such data.
