Account Deletion + Messages
Despite having your name anonymised when deleting an account, it's still incredibly easy to distinguish who the account is based on what they've sent.
I made this mistake a few months ago. I deleted my account forgetting that my messages would stay up. Some of these messages contained some slightly personal details and for a while I was under the impression that they had all gone, but recently I discovered that they are still up, possibly years of details since I had my account for just over 4 years.
This is obviously a big hazard for me and everybody else who wants to clear years worth of potentially sensitive messages from Discord. It makes it incredibly easy for somebody to blackmail you or dox you.
I was going to email the Discord Privacy email but I learned that somebody was just told that they weren't going to clear the messages of a deleted account. It's very concerning that something like this hasn't been implemented yet.

Your deleted account's name is likely unique, you have a specific color default PFP, your date and year of account creation is still displayed and none of your messages are deleted. Your data is not anonymized AT ALL. We must voice our concerns to Discord and show them how crucial it is for all our messages to be gone with our accounts as well. I made a post that goes in-depth as to why this must be implemented:
