Discord Has Not Responded In 5 Days

Hi,

I submitted a request to discord about 5 days ago and have still not received a response. This is urgent as I was dealing with something important until something happened. I would appreciate if I could get a response soon as I need to know whether I have to find another way to communicate with the person I was dealing with.

  It took about 5 days for me to get an email saying the block had been lifted, it's been 12 days since I got that email, see here:

  IRC would have been a better choice
