Account WhyNot0430: He can create invitations without any permission.

Account gh: He can join on a server, where he banned!

    Hello there,

    If a user is banned from the server and continues to join this server with new accounts, report the user ID of their to the Security Team. The message link of the messages that the user wrote to disturb is also required.
