My discord account has been disabled for ChargeBack

I had this problem recently, and luckily it all went away in 6 days, I'm just here to give you some little information about this suspension

This suspension is due to the fact that you have made a paypal refund regarding a purchase made on Discord, this goes against the Discord TOS but rest assured, to resolve it, simply send a request to this site: https://support.discord.com/hc/it/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000029212 and select Appeals, age update, other questions. After that, write a short summary of what happened (kindly, don't be rude) and request that your account be re-enabled. They replied to me after 6 days from the email but they can reply even sooner or even later. If your refund could not be processed because it exceeds 5 days from purchase / use, the account will still be rehabilitated and the purchase refunded normally, because yes, in addition to the rehabilitation of your account you will also get a refund in most cases .     The same happened to me, when I got my account back from a hacker who bought 99$ worth of Nitro gifts through it and 2 days ago I refunded it through my online banking app, then my account had been disabled for chargeback. It's been more than a day and still got no reply from Support. I'm worried, will I be able to get my account back? :( I have lots of contacts on my account that I don't want to lose and a storage server where I had some important things saved…

    Alright, update: I got my account back :) They just took also 6 days to reply and take action, and they lifted the suspension from my account

    sorry for reply in this old post but I am in need for help

    I tried buying a discord boost for 3.49 euros but got billed almost 25, support said they'd keep me updated only to ignore me for the next 6 days. So I tried my luck with paypal only to get my account deactivated, I sent a ticket as they always say, got a bullshit response 11 minutes after and now I'm getting ignored again. I wasn't even rude, maybe it seemed like I'm rude to them because my english is not perfect. What to do now? I use discord for school projects and to talk to my friends :(
