I've Been Hacked, and Helpstaff has done nothing.

I've been hacked over a month ago at this point, and after alerting Discord mods, canceling the credit card fraudulent purchases were made on my account with, which was stolen, I am at wits end. I want my account back. But it seems someone is on it. I don't know what to do, and they've told me the ticket's been escalated but that was over two weeks ago with no feedback. Can someone please help me out here? A phishing scam is what got me--an account pretending to be that of a friend of mine asked me for help with a game they were making and I stupidly thought it was fine. I was promptly locked out my account after downloading and attempting to start the "game" which was actually malware apparently.
