Discord Server for cheats

i have found a server that breakes the following terms of use

develop, distribute, or publicly inform other members of "auto" software programs, "macro" software programs or other "cheat utility" software program or applications in violation of the applicable license agreements; or
exploit, distribute or publicly inform other members of any game error, miscue or bug which gives an unintended advantage; violate any applicable laws or regulations; or promote or encourage illegal activity including, but not limited to, hacking, cracking or distribution of counterfeit software, compromised accounts, or cheats or hacks for the Service.

and i am wondering what i should do, they are blatantly cheating in CSGO and have a full server running specifically for cheating.

Unfortunately, there's a lot of these servers. You should make a report to the Discord's trust and safety team right here: https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.

Make sure to provide some message links of people sharing cheats, along with the server ID. After a few hours/days a bot is going to close your ticket. If that happens, just respond to reopen it, otherwise they won't take any action.
