No support for hacked account

I have submitted tickets, contacted Discord's email, and created a community post on Discord Support for my hacked account. I have not been supported, none of my requests have gone through.

I have provided information that was asked to be given, and still nothing.

Everyday my hacked account is leaking more personal info and none of the Discord Support team are helping.

I'd appreciate some effort onto deleting my Discord account (neela#0202).

    Sorry to hear your account was hijacked. 

    It sounds like your account is still in the wrong hands - if this is the case, you would have to first recover the account, so that they can verify ownership before deleting the account - this is no simple process!

    Discord may be able to assist you with recovering the account if you submit a hijacked account ticket

    I have submitted 2 tickets.

    Do I just wait? It's been about 2-3 days.

    If you haven't been told anything, they might just be experiencing high volumes of requests at the moment, and so it may take a while to hear back

    Unfortunately, it may take up to a week to establish an initial point of contact. The best thing I can suggest is to wait but, if it takes longer than two weeks, to be sure to update the ticket as it may easily get lost. Also keep track of the generated support number and case, which you should be able to view under "My activities" when you click your name at the right side of the top bar of this page. It'll be under "My requests" so long as the email you used for the Support account's the same as the ticket you filed!
