Preview link improvement

1. Ability to remove preview links when sending. Preview is good, but sometimes they are not needed and interfere.
2. If you send 2, 8 or more links will be more preview. Sometimes it turns into a dump. Make it so that if in the message more than 2 links, the preview is not created or created for the first link.
