What are Account Connections?
Account Connections allows you to connect your favorite external apps like Spotify, Xbox, and PlayStation directly to your Discord account. This integration displays your connected accounts on your Discord user profile, sharing what you're playing, listening to, and enjoying with your Discord communities.

How to Connect External Accounts to your Discord Account
Desktop/Browser
1. Head into your User Settings by pressing the cogwheel [] icon.

2. Press on the Connections tab. To view all available connections, select the View More [] icon.

3. Press on any icon of the connection that you want to add. You will then be prompted to log into that connection.

4. You’ll know you’ve successfully connected when you receive a Connected your [External Account] account to Discord message.

Mobile
1. Tap your avatar icon in the bottom-right corner of the app to navigate to your profile.

2. Tap on the cogwheel [] icon in the top-right corner.

3. Press on Connections and then press on Add in the top-right corner. To add your desired connection, tap on the icon.

4. You’ll know you’ve successfully connected when you receive a Connected your [External Account] account to Discord message.

How to Remove External Accounts from your Discord Account
1. Head into your User Settings by pressing the cogwheel [] icon.

2. Press on the Connections tab. To remove a connection, press on the X icon.

3. You’ll receive a prompt of confirmation to remove. To fully remove it, press on Disconnect.
