    The short answer is Yes.

    The lengthier answer which leads to a question is will Sony even care to respond. They haven't exactly been a picture perfect role model for public relations and getting changes that the consumer wants to see done in the future completed in a timely manner.

    Discord is more than gaming platform, many people use it to create groups for long time projects, the wya you can make server organized with roles permissions and such that's the most thing about Discord.

    This is needed. For Mixer, we NEED Streaming status support. It's been like 3 years. Come on Discord, get with the times!!!!!!!

    sony/ps4 has opened up to cross platform now so this should be on its way to becoming a reality

    I toss my vote into this hat! It would make things so nice!

    As someone who likes playing Rocket League, it would be amazing to be able to hear my cross platform friends without them having to ruin their ability to hear the game.

    This is a great idea, but they already have support for Xbox, and lets just say that Microsoft doesn't like competitors.

    Basically, Microsoft could cut the deal and remove support for Xbox if Discord partnered up with Sony.

     

    It's always good to be optimistic, but this is very unlikely to ever happen.

    Alright people that work for discord. What could we, the community, do to help facilitate this. As a PS4 player with 2 RL teammates on steam. Having discord integration with PS4 would save the headache of needing a phone and a 2nd pair of headphones.

    I was able to connect my league account once. I accidentally removed it one day and I haven't been able to connect it ever since. fix it please discord!

    I'm always a big fan of encouraging people to read and be exposed to literature, so if there's no severe difficulties in implementing it, I think this would be a great idea to add.

    I think being able to add links, as long as those companies go through some kind of verification by Discord, so they aren't links or malicious websites would be a step in the right direction. This could help individuals get their links out, and even big companies help get their website seen. Perhaps there could even be "officially verified" links, which would be partnered with Discord, and those links get a verified tick next to them. Or perhaps that tick could indicate that that was the person's official account (e.g. YouTubers on Discord showing their official channel, so fakes can be avoided). Anyways, these are just ideas.

    discord should try to reach out to sony to make it happen! i don’t love using discord moblie since i have a ps4 and not a pc. it would be great :)

    I'm having the same error. I had my League account connected but I accidentally removed it and ever since then I haven't been able to add it back! Is it a bug or is there a way to fix it?

    i think its a great idea.doesnt hurt to put the option in there. i personally want an instagram connection cause im in art servers and i have ppl msging me about commissions id be night if there was a lil link they could easily click to see examples of my art
