    Hey Muhdarifat23, if you are unable to change your password or log into the account, please create a ticket [Here], and the Discord Support Team will help with your issue, please note not to create multiple tickets as you can get to the back on the ticket queue or possibly ignored by the Staff Team. If your ticket is marked as Solved, you can add a comment at the bottom of the ticket (picture below).

    NOTE: If the option above does not appear create a Follow-Up (picture below).

    I have the same problem. It was hacked and authentication was put in place. It was disabled and was not solved. They did not care about me or even read the ticket. They only gave me the option to delete the account instead of returning it to me. They are absolutely certain that it is my account because I prove this and prove all my authentications related to the account.

    Hey Bebo, as Discord stated in [This] Article: “We are unable to remove 2FA and you will have to create a new account. Discord cannot remove 2FA or issue you new backup codes.” This is due to security and privacy concerns.

    Buffy Yeah I may have been in panic mode as happened to send them 7 Tickets(Other 5 Tickets is marked as “solved” but has the option to create a Follow-up, other 1 is still marked as open and the other 1 is marked as “solved” but can also have the option to comment in total is 7 Tickets) around at March the other day as I don't even know what to do there… x.x

    Till I was told to reply to the Open Status Ticket I have as from Official Discord's Twitter in DMs told me there as they told me don't Spam Reply there after I asked a question, so now in waiting game

    Hey Buffy when I was hacked and authentication was put in place by the hacker just for sabotage, and he was sure that Discord could not be disabled what he did, and when you asked for help, he came to you saying that we cannot disabled it for security and privacy. The question here is where is the security and privacy that you are talking about? security And the privacy of the account holder or the hacker?? This way you protect the hacker

    As previously stated, by the Discord Article, “We are unable to remove 2FA and you will have to create a new account. Discord cannot remove 2FA or issue you new backup codes.”. But if you have a backup code, you can use it to get into your account, disable the 2-FA, and set up a new one. Search on your device File Manager "discord_backup_codes.txt" or the name of the .txt file you saved/renamed it as. For now, that's all I can help, have a great day Bebo!

    Hey Bebo,

    As I stated in my previous message, if you have a Backup Code you can log into your account and disable 2-FA. A Backup Code is a .txt file that when you successfully set up your 2-FA, discord will ask you to save it. You have multiple options to save it and downloading the Backup Code is one of them. I am asking you to check your device for any file named “discord_backup_codes.txt” or anything similar to that file name. I can confirm I am not a bot. I am just a user who helps other users and does not work with Discord.

    I got scammed and now my discord hacked by the scammer. And I already send tickets for a month. After my ticket got escalated, in a few days they send me a bot reply and then solved my ticket without me receive any help. It already happened 5 times.

    I've even written a complete chronology of when I was scammed. I've even added photo evidence about my discord. And everything is useless. I don't know whether discord support is doing its job properly or not.

    My friend got scammed in the same way and got their discord back within an hour. And here I am still trying to reach the discord support. I already send a new ticket this morning. Even though I don't expect much, I will keep trying.
