there are messages being sent in my account like "Steam nitro free". i think my discord is hacked

So, i was on discord dms and i saw that my account sent a message like - "

I think my discord is hacked, someone please help me. I done nothing on my account and am inactive on discord so i dont understand how i got hacked.
