Discord, Please Fix This | 5000 Ping in Voice-Chat (UAE)

Hello There Guys. Please Can you fix this? I have 5000 ms each ~30 seconds. While Googling, how to fix the issue, I found out that there is no solution for it and there are more users which have the same issue! Please Discord Support (Tech) Team, Can you Find a Solution For It?

  This is so bad! We just can't talk to each other most of the time. The robotic sound is so annoying
