Improve Notification Badge Settings with Granularity Control

The Notification Badge on the macOS dock icon is currently meaningless:

It is meaningless because (in the Desktop application, at least) it is inextricably tied to "Unread Messages" (in unmuted channels?). When you are a member of multiple large community servers there are always unread messages. As that badge never goes away, it may as well not be there to begin with. There is even a StackExchange question about turning it off.

As a Discord User, I would like the ability to specify what types of content will trigger that badge to appear. Specific options include:

Any Unread Messages in specific Servers.
Any Unread Messages in specific Channels.
Direct Messages.
@-mentions.

By providing us Discord Users with the ability to specify what content we specifically care about, you can return meaning to the Notification Badge.

But What About Muting?

Muting channels and getting Notifications are not two sides of the same coin. They are distinct in my eyes as a Discord User. I will Mute channels that I simply do not care about, but I will leave channels unmuted if I want to occasionally see what kinds of new discussions are happening. On the other hand, I only want to specifically be notified about a small subset of the unmuted channels that I monitor. To that point, if someone @-mentions me in a muted channel, then I do still want to be notified about it.
