To receive help, you can either DM us or tag us in a post. In your message, please provide a brief description of the problem you’re running into and attach a screenshot of any error messages you’re receiving!
Although this list is not exhaustive, here are a few examples of issues that @discord_support can assist with:

While we are able to assist with a number of issues, some inquiries still lie outside of the @discord_support account scope of support.

- Refunds or subscription cancellations

How to Submit a Request to Discord Support
If you have already submitted a ticket to our support team through our support portal, please be patient as they are working as quickly as possible to get to your request!
If you have any updates or questions regarding a support ticket, make sure to drop it directly into your pre-existing support ticket thread to avoid any confusion with the Discord Support teammates that are handling your ticket.
