What Are Game Shops?
Game Shops let you browse, purchase, and gift in-game items directly on Discord. You can find in-game items through the Discord Shop or in a game's official Discord server, and you can gift items to friends from places you're already hanging out, like DMs and voice channels.

Where To Find In-Game Items On Discord
There are two ways to find in-game items on Discord:
Through the Discord Shop
1. Navigate to the Discord Shop by selecting the Shop tab to the right of your server list.
2. Select Game Shops at the top of the Shop.
3. Browse available games and select a game to see its items.

Through a Game's Official Server
1. Visit the game's official Discord server.
2. Select the Game Shop tab towards the top of the server's channel list.
3. You can now browse all available items in the Game Shop.

How To Purchase Items
1. Find the item you'd like to purchase, either through the Discord Shop or in the game's official server.
2. Select the item and review details including the price and preview.

3. Select Buy Now and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
4. When you buy an item, it's delivered straight to your in-game inventory. If you've already linked your game account to Discord, you're all set. If not, you'll see a prompt to link your account. Press the Link Account button.

5. Follow the prompts to fully link your account. Once linked, your item will be delivered to your game account!

Gifting Items
Want to surprise a friend with an in-game item? You can gift items directly from any Game Shop on Discord.
1. Browse a Game Shop and select an item you'd like to gift.
2. Select the Gift Item button.
3. You can personalize your gift with a custom message.
4. Once you're ready, complete your purchase by following the prompts and send your gift.

5. The recipient will receive the gift in their DMs. Before claiming the gift, they should make sure their game account is linked to their Discord account. After linking, they can claim their gift by selecting Open Gift.

Other Ways To Gift
Gifting is woven throughout Discord, so you don't always have to go to a Game Shop to give a friend something. Here are some other ways to gift in-game items:
- From a friend's Wishlist: Open the Wishlist tab on anyone's Discord profile to see which Game Shop items they've been eyeing, and send them a gift right from there.
- From DMs: Use the gift icon in a DM to send a friend an in-game item.
- From a link in chat: If someone drops a link to an in-game item in chat, you can gift that item straight from the link.
- From voice channels: While streaming a game that has a Game Shop in a voice channel, you can gift items to friends right from there.

Purchases and Refunds
Q: Can I refund a Game Shop purchase?
A: Generally, purchases in Game Shops are non-refundable. However, if you're unable to claim the in-game item on a supported platform, and you attempt to claim the item within the 14-day claim period, you can reach out to Discord support to request a refund: https://dis.gd/billing.

Q: How do I see what items I've purchased?
A: You can see any purchases on your Billing tab in settings in the 'Transaction History' section.
Q: What happens if I receive a gift of an item I already own in the game?
A: If you attempt to claim a gifted item that you already own in-game, the gift sender will be refunded. Note that gift receivers must attempt to claim items within 14 days to ensure Discord can issue any eligible refunds.
Q: Why do I see "You already own this item or it's not supported on your platform"?
A: This message appears when you already own the item, your linked game account is on an unsupported platform, or you own an item that's included in a bundle you're trying to purchase. If you already own the item, you'll only be able to purchase it as a gift for someone else.

Q: What currency do Game Shops support?
A: Prices in Game Shops may be shown in your local currency where available. Otherwise, prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD).

Q: Can I gift items to someone who doesn't play the game?
A: Yes, you can send a gift to any Discord user. The recipient will need to link their game account to their Discord account to claim the gift. If they don't have a game account yet, they can create one and link it to Discord.
Q: How do I know what my friends want?
A: You can check a friend's Wishlist on their Discord profile. Open the Wishlist tab to see which items they've saved, and gift them something right from there. You can also add items to your own Wishlist so friends know what to get you. Learn more in our Wishlist FAQ.

Q: Can I purchase from a Game Shop without linking my account?
A: Yes, you can purchase from the shop without linking your account, but you will need to link your account to claim the item. You can find the account linking entrance in Settings > Billing > navigate to the item you purchased > Connect Account.

Q: Which games have Game Shops on Discord?
A: Game Shops are currently available for Marvel Rivals and Rust.
Q: Are Game Shops available on mobile?
A: Game Shops are currently available on the Discord desktop and web apps.
Mobile users may encounter Game Shop embeds or item listings that are available for purchase, but the full Game Shop experience is only available on desktop and web apps.
Marvel Rivals Game Shop
Update as of July 22: The Marvel Rivals Orbs redemption experiment has resumed and has been extended through August 13 (11 AM PT) to account for the temporary pause.
As with any limited-time experiment, eligibility and offer availability may change throughout the rollout.
Offer: From July 13 (11 AM PT) through August 13 (11 AM PT), eligible Nitro Standard subscribers can redeem Discord Orbs for official Marvel Rivals in-game items in the Marvel Rivals Game Shop on Discord. This offer is part of a limited-time beta experiment and is not available to all users. Trial subscriptions, Nitro Basics, and other ineligible subscription types are not eligible. Eligibility, availability, and redemption requirements may change during this experiment.

A: No. Availability is not based on region. Orbs redemption for Marvel Rivals items is part of a limited beta experiment for eligible Nitro subscribers and is not available to all users at this time.
Q: Are Nitro Basic, a Nitro trial, or Nitro with Nitro credits eligible for Orbs redemption for Marvel Rivals items?
A: No. Only select Nitro subscribers are eligible for this experiment. Nitro Basic, Nitro trials, Nitro with Nitro Credits and other subscription types are not eligible.
Q: Which platforms can I redeem Marvel Rivals Shop items on?
A: Currently supported on PC desktop platforms (Steam, Epic, Loading Bay) and Xbox. If your connected account is on PlayStation and therefore unable to receive the item, we may offer a refund, provided that you or the gift recipient attempted to claim the item within 14 days of purchase.

Rust Game Shop
Q: I'm having trouble linking my Rust account to receive my item. What should I do?
A: If you made a purchase and didn't receive your item after linking, please launch Rust and re-link your Discord account from inside the game.

Q: Which platforms can I redeem Rust Shop items on?
A: Currently supported on PC via Steam.
Q: What happens if I receive a Rust item but don't own the game?
A: The item will be added to your Steam inventory and will be waiting for you when you purchase Rust. Once you own the game on that Steam account, the item will be available to use. The same applies if you gift a Rust item to a friend who doesn't own the game yet.

Bloons TD 6 Game Shop
Q: Which platforms can I redeem Bloons TD6 Shop items on?
A: Currently supported on PC (via Steam, Epic Store and Microsoft Store), and mobile (iOS, Android, Epic iOS, Epic Android and Amazon). Items are tied to your linked Bloons TD 6 account rather than a specific device, so once your account is linked, your item is available no matter which supported platform you play on.
Q: I'm having trouble linking my Bloons TD 6 account to receive my item. What should I do?
A: If you made a purchase and didn't receive your item, re-linking your Bloons TD 6 and Discord accounts usually fixes it. You'll need a Ninja Kiwi account (used for Bloons TD 6) to do this, so make sure you're signed in before you start.
Start the same way on any device:
1. Open Bloons TD 6 and go to Settings > Account > Discord.
2. Select Link Accounts.
What happens next depends on your platform.
On Steam (PC):
1. The Discord account-linking window opens directly.
2. Select Authorize to confirm. You're now linked.
On mobile:
1. You'll be taken to a web page to sign in to your Ninja Kiwi account. Choose one:
- Sign in with Steam
- Log in with your email and password
- Use a linking code
2. Scroll down and select Authorize to confirm.
Your accounts are now linked, and your item should appear.
Q: What happens if I receive a Bloons TD6 item but don't own the game?
A: You'll be taken to the account-linking page first, since you'll need to link a Bloons TD 6 account before you can claim the item. If you don't already have the game, download Bloons TD 6, create an account, and link it to Discord. Once that's done, your item is ready to use.
Gifting works the same way. If a friend claims a gifted item without a linked account, they'll be prompted to link one on that same page before the item lands.
Q: How does this work on mobile?
A: The same way as on PC. If you don't have a linked account, you'll be redirected to the account-linking page to log into your Bloons TD6 account. It doesn't matter which platform you link from. Once linked, your item is available everywhere you play. Gifting follows the same flow. Claim the gift, link your account if needed, then the item is yours.
Q: I've linked my account, but I'm still having trouble accessing my item in Bloons TD 6. What should I do?
