What will I find in the Shop?
In the Shop, you can preview and purchase Avatar Decorations, Profile Effects, Nameplates, and more. Nitro members enjoy exclusive Shop perks, including special discounts on select items, and may have access to member-only profile items to use with their subscription.

In the Shop, you’ll also find Bundles! Bundles include a matching or complementary pair of avatar decorations and profile effects from the same collection and come with a larger discount.

Orbs Exclusives
Discord Orbs are rewards you earn by completing Quests on Discord. In the Shop, you can spend your hard-earned Orbs on items such as:

Orbs-exclusives:
- Nitro credits - Spend your Orbs to purchase Nitro credits for temporary access to Nitro benefits
- Exclusive Avatar Decorations and Profile Effects - Unique items available only through Orbs
- Orbs Profile badge - a unique badge to add to your collection
- Select items from main collections - Access popular Shop items without spending money
You cannot purchase the following items with Orbs:
- Gifts
- Partner-branded Shop items
- Recurring Nitro or Boosting subscriptions

How do I find the Shop?
Head over to the Shop to start collecting exclusive items on Discord!
Desktop/Browser
Navigate to the Shop via Shop Tab
1. Navigate to your Direct Messages list by selecting the Discord app icon in the upper-left corner.
2. Then, press the Shop tab [] to the right of your server list to enter the Shop!

1. To access your User Settings, select the cogwheel icon [] in the lower-left corner of the app, then navigate to the Profiles section.
2. Once there, you will see the banner to the Shop. You can also select Change Effect, Change Decoration, or Change Nameplate and press the Shop icon [].
3. Once directed to the Shop, you can preview and buy Avatar Decorations, Profile Effects, Nameplates and more to add to your collection!

Mobile
1. To navigate to the Shop on your mobile device, head over to your User Profile by selecting your avatar icon in the lower-right corner.
2. Then, tap the Shop icon [] in the upper-right corner.
3. This will direct you to the Shop where you can preview and buy Avatar Decorations, Profile Effects, Nameplates, and more!

Browsing the Shop
In the Shop, select the Browse tab to view available Shop items by category.

From the Browse tab, you can sort items and apply filters using the Sort By and Show Filters options.

To sort items, select the Sort By button above the Drops banner in the upper-right corner (it may display as Recently Added).

To filter items, a sidebar should automatically open when you navigate to the Browse tab. If it doesn’t appear, press the Show Filters button located above the Drops banner in the upper-right corner. You can then select from options like Show only, Color, and Themes.

To search for specific items or keywords, use the search bar in the upper-right corner of the Shop page.

Gifting from the Shop
Along with collecting items for yourself, you can also gift items from the Shop to your friends!
1. Select the item you would like to send and press the gift icon [] located to the right of the Buy Decoration button. You can also select the gift icon within the main Shop page to send a gift.
2. Then, the Send a gift window will appear. While here, you will be able to select a card design and customize the gift by adding a personal note, a soundboard effect, and an emoji confetti.
3. Once you have chosen who you would like to send the gift to and have added your personal touches, press Next to proceed.
4. And that’s it! You should see a confirmation that your gift was sent.

Q: What is your refund policy for Shop purchases?

Q: What happens to my purchased items if my account is deleted?
A: Your use of Discord is subject to our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and access to any items purchased on Discord may be lost in the case of temporary or permanent account suspension or self-requested deletion. Additionally, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Pricing and Discounts
Q: How do I get a discount on items in the Shop?
A: Only Nitro members have access to special member pricing in the Shop. You can find more information about Nitro here.
Q: Is localized pricing available for Shop purchases?
A: Localized pricing is available for Shop purchases in some countries. You should see localized pricing options in the Shop if you are eligible. You can learn more about localized pricing here.
Shop gifts are not available at localized prices. Depending on a user’s region, they may be able to pay for a gift in their local currency, but the price will still be equivalent to the USD price.
Bundles and Items
Q: I already have the avatar decoration which is part of a Shop Bundle. Why am I unable to purchase the Shop Bundle to obtain the profile effect?
A: Shop Bundles allow you to buy two items from the same collection at a discounted price. These bundles are available only if you haven't purchased any of the items included. If you already own one or both items, the bundle will be marked as partially or fully owned, and you won't be able to purchase the remaining item(s) at a discount. In such cases, you'll need to buy the remaining item individually.
Gifting
Q: I purchased a gift for a friend, but it wasn’t sent to them! Where can I find this missing gift?
A: If you bought a gift from the Shop but it was not sent to your friend, you can go to User Settings > Gift Inventory where you’ll find any purchased but unsent gifts. You can resend those gifts from the Gift Inventory!
Q: What if my friend sends me a gift from the Shop, but I already have the item in my collection?
A: Don’t worry, your friend will not be able to send an item that has already been claimed and added to your collection.
However, if a gifted item has not been claimed and added to your collection, it is possible that you may receive the same gifted item again. If this is the case, you can choose to claim one of the gifts. Then, the other gifts with the same item will be returned to the sender within 48 hours, and they can choose to send the gift to someone else.
