Phone number connected to WRONG Account?

When I try to verify my phone number, my phone keeps receiving this text me that APPARENTLY "An existing Discord account is already using this number. Please remove it before it can be used with a new account." Problem is that this is the ONLY ACCOUNT I use, and I cannot think of any other account that would be using this phone number. I need help! How do I figure out what account is linked to this number if I don't even know what the email address or username is that is connected to it? Shouldn't you guys at least txt me the email address of the account that it is connected? How do I figure out what account is connected to this phone number if I canNOT log into the account with just the phone number or get my information texted to my phone number!? PLEASE HELP

    I am literally having the same issue and discord is just telling me to login to the account that is verified with my phone number. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT ACCOUNT IS CONNECTED TO MY NUMBER.

    I solved it I signed in on desktop discord using the phone number and a spam of random passwords

    I can't log into my account

    I changed my mail to an old mail which was connected to a disable account so I could get my old mail back, after changing I was unable to log back into my new account and it told me my account is "Disable" but it shouldn't be.

    All I did was change my new mail to my old mail*

    I need help

    My account associated w/ 9045287866 was disabled & I can't reset the password to re-enable it.

    Same issue, since so many people are having this issue it must mean that discord is doing this on PURPOSE like there is no explanation to why so many people are having the same issue.
