What is the Nitro Logitech Discount?

As a Nitro subscriber, you’ll get one new discount code each month that you’re subscribed to Nitro:

30% off purchases at the Logitech store (excluding new products and PRO Series lines)
5% off new products for the first 6 months that the product is available. Limited to 1 discount per customer.

Important: This offer is currently in beta and only available to select active Discord Nitro members via the Discord desktop app. To receive your code, you must use the desktop app. Nitro Basic and Nitro Classic are not eligible.

How it Works

The following details apply to this promotional offer:

Minimum purchase requirements: You Code details and restrictions: Discount codes are valid on most items in each store, including sale items, with no blackout dates. Please note that the Logitech 30% off code excludes new products and PRO Series lines, and is limited to 3 items per order.
For new products and PRO Series items, a 5% discount is available on new products for the first 6 months following a product's release (limited to 1 use per customer).
Immediate availability: Codes become available to eligible users as soon as you subscribe to Nitro and must be claimed in your Nitro Home.
Fresh codes monthly: Each calendar month, you can claim a new discount code as long as your Nitro subscription remains active.
Code expiration: The code expiration dates can be found in the app. Codes will always expire on that date, no matter when they were granted.
No code stacking: Only one code can be used per transaction.

Note: If you cancel your Nitro subscription, you can still use any previously claimed discount codes until they expire, but you won't receive new codes until you resubscribe.

You are not eligible if:

You’re using a Nitro gift, or using Nitro Credits without a Nitro subscription.
You are a Nitro Classic or Nitro Basic subscriber.

Note: For new Nitro members, once you unlock a discount code, you will not be eligible for a refund on your Nitro subscription. See our Refund Policy for more details.

How to Access Your Logitech Discount

1. On desktop or browser, select the Direct Messages icon [] in the upper-left corner.

2. Press the Nitro Home tab to navigate to the Nitro page.

3. Locate and select the Logitech Discount card under the What’s New? section.

4. Press Unlock Rewards to open the Logitech Discounts window and see your available codes.

5. Select Unlock Code for your preferred discount to reveal your code—you can copy it immediately or return to view it later.

After claiming your discount code, here's how to use it on the Logitech:

Visit the Logitech website
Add items to your cart
Proceed to checkout
Enter your discount code in the promo code field
Complete your purchase with the discount applied

Q: What happens to my discount code if I cancel my Nitro subscription?

A: Any codes you've already claimed will remain valid until their expiration date, but you won't receive new codes unless you resubscribe to Nitro.

Q: Where can I find the expiration date for my discount code?

A: The expiration date for each discount will appear on the discount card once you press Unlock Code in the Available Offers window.

Q: Are there any restrictions on the products I can purchase with the discount?

A: The 30% off discount code is valid on most products in the Logitech store, with the exception of new products and PRO Series items. However, a 5% discount code can be applied to new products and PRO Series Simulation products during the first six months following a product's release. Both discounts are valid on sale items, and there are no blackout periods — so you can use them anytime.

Q: Is there a limit to how many times I can use my discount code?

A: Each discount code can be used once, and you can only use one code per transaction on each website. However, you'll receive a new code each month your Nitro subscription is active.

Q: When exactly do new codes become available?

A: New discount codes become available at the beginning of each calendar month for active Nitro members.

Q: Can I use my code on any device?

A: Yes! Once you receive your code through the Discord desktop app, you can copy it and redeem it at the appropriate webstore on any device of your choice.

A: If you’re seeing “Unavailable”, that means there are issues generating discount codes. No action is needed on your end. Check back later to claim your code!
