You can cancel your Premium App subscription at any time. Once canceled, your subscription will end at the end of your current billing period.
For example:
If you purchased a Premium App subscription through the desktop app, you must cancel it through the desktop app or browser. If you don’t have access to your device to cancel yourself, please check out this section.
How to Cancel Premium App Subscription on Desktop/Browser
1. Tap on the cogwheel [] next to your Discord username to access your User Settings.
2. Then head to the Subscriptions tab.
3. Next, tap on Manage next to your Premium Membership banner.

4. Here you will see all of your current Premium Membership subscriptions..
To cancel, tap on the dropdown next to the Premium App subscription you want to cancel and then tap on Cancel my Membership.
5. Follow the prompts to fully cancel your Premium Membership.
How to Upgrade or Downgrade your Premium App Subscription
1. Tap on the cogwheel [] next to your Discord username to access your User Settings.
2. Then head to the Subscriptions tab.
3. Next, tap on Manage Subscriptions next to your App Subscription banner.

4. Select which Premium App subscription you want to make a change for by pressing on Switch Plan.

5. You can upgrade or downgrade to another subscription plan by tapping on Switch to Plan.

6. After selecting the plan you want to switch to, you’ll then go through the payment flow. After confirming your payment details, you’ll have a final pop-up that will confirm the subscription change. Press on Confirm to confirm these changes.

How Do I Re-Subscribe After Canceling My Subscription?
If you’ve changed your mind and no longer wish for your Premium App subscription to end at the end of your billing period, then you can always reactivate it. Just make sure you do before the billing period ends, otherwise you’ll just have to purchase a new subscription. Here’s how to re-subscribe:
1. Tap on cogwheel [] next to your Discord username to access your User Settings.
2. Next, navigate to the Subscriptions tab.
3. Now, tap on Re-Subscribe within the corresponding banner to uncancel your subscription.
You’ll be able to tell it was reactivated, because you’ll see the banner no longer has Pending Cancellation listed.
What if I Can’t Access My Discord and Need to Cancel?
If you’re unable to log into your Discord account for any reason and cancel your subscription (for desktop or browser) yourself, you can reach out to our Billing Support team under the email address tied to your Discord account and request it to be canceled through here: http://dis.gd/billing.
