What is Cauldron Chaos?
Cauldron Chaos is a limited-time Halloween collection in the Shop. Collect any 4 qualifying items from the collection during the promotion period to unlock a free Nameplate from Cauldron Chaos, no purchase of the Nameplate itself required.
How do I unlock the free Nameplate?
To unlock the Nameplate, you must collect 4 Cauldron Chaos items between October 1, 2026 (9AM PT) and October 14, 2026 (9AM PT). Once you collect 4 qualifying items, the free Nameplate will unlock and you'll need to claim it on your desktop app in the Shop home or in the Cauldron Chaos collection.

Once unlocked, you have until October 21, 2026 (9AM PT) to redeem the item. After that, redemption is no longer available.
Step-by-Step Redemption Flow
Once you collect 4 qualifying items, the free Nameplate will unlock and you'll need to claim it on your desktop client in the Shop home or in the Cauldron Chaos collection.
1. Head to Shop or the Cauldron Chaos collection to track your progress toward 4 qualifying items.

2. Once you collect 4 qualifying items, claim your free Nameplate in the reward claim modal.
3. Head to Profile by selecting your avatar in the bottom-left corner of the app, then Edit Profile.
4. Select Nameplate box to apply your new Nameplate.

A: If you collect 4 qualifying items, you will receive an exclusive Hex Eyes nameplate from the Cauldron Chaos collection with an estimated value of $5.99.
Q: If I gift a friend a Cauldron Chaos item, does it count toward my unlock?
A: No. It counts toward your friend's unlock if they are eligible for the promotion, since they're the one who ends up owning the item.
Q: If a friend gifts me a Cauldron Chaos item, does it count toward my unlock?
A: Yes. Any qualifying item you own, whether purchased or received as a gift, counts toward your 4-item total.
Q: Do bundles count toward my unlock?
A: If you purchase a bundle, each item in it counts toward your unlock. For example, a 3-piece bundle counts as 3 of your 4 items.
Q: Do all Cauldron Chaos items count, or only certain categories?
A: All Cauldron Chaos items count, including bundles (e.g. 3pc bundle counts as 3 items).
Q: Can I unlock more than one free Nameplate if I collect more than 4 items?
A: No, you can only unlock 1 free Nameplate as part of this promotion.
Q: What if I return or refund one of my 4 qualifying items after unlocking the Nameplate?
A: Shop items are not eligible for refunds per our Refund Policy.

A: This promotion is unavailable on some platforms and regions. Not every user is eligible for this promotion. Only users that can see the promotion on their Shop are eligible to participate and collect the reward item.
Redemption
Q. What happens if I don't redeem my free Nameplate by October 21, 2026 (9AM PT)?
A. You'll forfeit the Nameplate. It can't be claimed after the redemption window closes. Our Support team is unable to make exceptions.
Q: Can I redeem my Nameplate on mobile?
A: No, redemption is only available on your desktop client, in Shop Home or the Cauldron Chaos collection page.
Q. Why don't I see my free Nameplate?
A: There are a few possible reasons:
- Item count: Make sure you collect 4 eligible items from the Cauldron Chaos collection
- Redemption window: The Nameplate must be redeemed before October 21, 2026 (9AM PT). If you owned 4 qualifying items but didn't redeem prior to this, the Nameplate can't be manually granted.
- Manual claim required: This Nameplate is not automatically granted. You must claim it yourself on your desktop client in the Shop home or in the Cauldron Chaos collection.
