How to Report an Unrecognized Charge Using ‘Other’
When filling out the support form by choosing the “Other” category, please review the following:
If the charges are on your own Discord account:
First, review our Reporting Unauthorized Discord Transactions article to see if any situations match your case. If none apply, follow these steps:
1. Use the "Other" form and select Yes when asked if the charges are on your Discord account.
2. When asked if you're using the email linked to your Discord account to contact us:
- Select Yes if you can still access that email address
- Select No if you cannot access that email address
3. If you're unsure which Discord account was charged, select "I am unsure the Discord account associated with the unauthorized charges." This helps us route your request to the appropriate support team.
What to Include in Your Support Request
To help us resolve your case quickly, please provide:
- Transaction date and amount
- Payment method (credit card, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, etc.)
- Payment identifier (last 4 digits of credit card, PayPal invoice ID, $Cashtag, Venmo User ID, etc.)
- Screenshots of the Discord charges on your bank statement
