How do I claim my exclusive profile bundle?

New Nitro Subscribers and Upgrades to Nitro 

Step 1: Go to the Nitro tab

To find the Nitro tab, press the Direct Messages icon [] in the upper-left corner, then select the Nitro tab located above your Direct Messages list.

Step 2: Subscribe to Nitro Monthly or Yearly

In the Nitro page, you will see the Subscribe & Get a Bonus Bundle banner. In the banner, press the Subscribe button or Upgrade button and follow the prompts to subscribe to Nitro.  

First-time Nitro subscribers see a Subscribe button (shown in top image), while existing Nitro Basic or Nitro Classic subscribers looking to upgrade will see an Upgrade button (shown in bottom image)

Step 3: How to Apply Your Exclusive Nitro Profile Bundle

After subscribing to Nitro, you have two options for applying your exclusive items:

In the Confirmation Pop-Up: 

Press the Use Now button in the confirmation pop-up to automatically apply all items to your profile.

In the Profiles Tab: 

1. Head into your User Settings by selecting the cogwheel icon [].

3. On Profiles, you can select the Change Decoration, Change Nameplate, or Change Profile Effect to get started on applying your exclusive Nitro items.

Existing Nitro Subscribers

Step 1: Go to the Nitro tab

After claiming the bundle, you have two options for applying your exclusive items:

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Are these profile bundle items temporary, or can I keep using them as long as I want after I claim them?
A: Once you claim them, the items are yours to keep. But you’ll need an active Nitro subscription to use them on your profile. If your Nitro ends, you won’t lose them, but you’ll need to resubscribe to use them again.

Q: Why don't I see this offer in my Discord app?

A: If you don't see any offer details on your Nitro tab on desktop or browser, it is because you do not meet the eligibility criteria, or it is not available to you yet. 

This offer is rolling out gradually, starting September 18, 2025. Most users will begin seeing it on September 23, 2025. If it’s not available for you yet, check back in a few days.

Q: I’m a current Nitro member. Am I eligible to get the exclusive profile bundle?

Q: Where can I find my new exclusive profile bundle items and how do I apply them?

A: On desktop or browser, navigate to User Settings > Profiles. Then, press either Change Decoration, Change Nameplate, or Change Profile Effect. You’ll see the Exclusive to Nitro section in each category where you can apply your items.    

Q: Do I need Nitro to use one of the exclusive profile bundle items I received in this offer?

A: Yes, you will need an active Nitro membership to use the exclusive profile bundle items as it’s considered exclusive to Nitro.

Q: What happens to the exclusive profile bundle items from this offer if I cancel my Nitro membership?

A: Your claimed exclusive profile bundle items will remain in your account, but become unavailable for use until you re-subscribe to Nitro. 

Q: How do I cancel my Nitro membership?

Q: If I upgrade my membership from Nitro Basic or Nitro Classic to Nitro, can I receive this offer?
