SHARE NITRO ELIGIBILITY
Nitro Members Sharing a Trial
Only eligible Nitro members (either monthly or yearly), will be able to see the Share Nitro trial option.
You will not be eligible to send a Nitro trial if:
- You are a Nitro Classic or Nitro Basic member.
- You are on another trial or discounted offer plan.
Friends Receiving a Trial
Users who appear in the Select Friends modal are eligible to receive a Nitro trial from you.
If a specific person does not appear in the Select Friends modal, it means the person you’re trying to share a trial with is ineligible to receive a trial. Being ineligible for a trial could occur for several reasons, including having a Nitro membership in the last 30 days, accepting another trial offer, and more. If you can’t find the specific person you’re looking for, you’ll need to share the trial with another person, or try again later.
