Our Nitro Refund Policy and Server Boosts
We may refund the purchased Nitro subscription if it is requested within 5 days from the date of purchase .
Note: Nitro and Boost refunds are a one-time exception.
Subscription from the iOS App Store
If you purchased Nitro on an iOS device, such as an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, you'll need to submit your return request through the App Store .
Our Gift return policy
We cannot refund a gift if the gift has been received by you or another user (Yes, you can make gifts yourself! Because there is nothing like a little fun every day!)
For a Nitro / Nitro Classic Gift, if it has not been picked up, you have 5 days from the date of purchase.
If the game gift has not been collected, you can return the game within the last 14 days . (In the case of gifts, play time is not taken into account, because in order to start the game at all, you need to collect it first.)
Our Game refund policy
Our refund policy for games is as simple as one, two, three ! In fact, only one, two .. . three do not need! The game must meet these conditions:
- It was purchased in the last 14 days
- The game time is less than two hours
If this is correct, we will be able to issue a refund.
What about DLC and In-Game Purchases (IAP)?
We do not have the ability to return or exchange purchased downloadable content (DLC) and purchases in any game (IAP) .
