Our Nitro and Server Boost Refund Policies
We are able to process a refund for your subscription to Nitro and Improvements Server provided the request is made within 5 days after the date of initial purchase.
Note: Nitro Refunds and Server Upgrades are a one-time exception.
IOS App Store subscriptions
If you purchased Discord Nitro on your iOS device, such as an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, you will need to request a refund for Nitro subscriptions purchased on iOS through the App Store .
Our Gift Refund Policy
We are not able to provide you with a refund for the purchase of a gift once the gift has been claimed by you or another user. (Yes, you can give yourself gifts! The day to show off can be every day!)
However, for gifts such as unclaimed Nitro / Nitro Classic, you will have 5 days from the initial purchase date.
Additionally, if the game gift is not claimed, it can be refunded if it was purchased within the last 14 days. (For gifts, the game time is not taken into consideration, this is because the user will need to claim the gift first in order to play the game.)
Game Refund Policy
Our game refund process is as easy as one, two, three! Actually only one, two ... three there are not! Your game must meet the following ...
- Purchased in the last 14 days .
- Have less than 2 hours of playing time.
As long as you meet these criteria we can make a refund.
But what about DLC and IAPs ....?
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for downloadable content (DLC) and in-app purchases (IAP) purchases within any game.
